Steeped this in my favorite mug and the floral lavender actually comes through in the sip, not just on the nose—the bergamot stays bright underneath. It’s become my go-to afternoon cup when I need something calming but with a little citrus kick.
The dry leaves smell mostly citrusy, but once the hot water hits them, that floral lavender note blooms into the front and stays through the whole cup. Bergamot is there on the finish, lighter than I expected. My entire kitchen smelled like a garden while I was steeping.
