The liquor is so smooth and silky that I barely noticed I'd finished the whole pot before lunch. Even the third steep kept that delicate jasmine aroma, which surprised me for a hand-rolled pearl.
The pearls unroll slowly in the cup, and the second steep is where the silky mouthfeel really shines. I've been brewing it a little cooler to keep the green base sweet, and the floral finish lingers just right.
The tight little pearls give off such a soft, sweet jasmine fragrance while steeping, and the broth is just silky and smooth with zero bitterness. Perfect for slow afternoons when I want something light and calming.
