The passion fruit hits right up front but then that nutty oolong smooths it out on the finish—really well balanced. I've been brewing it gongfu style and the third steep is where the roasted depth shines. A bag won't last me long.
The medium roast comes through as a gentle nuttiness that really balances the tart passion fruit, and the dry leaves smell incredible before you even steep them. I've been brewing it multiple times and the flavor holds up nicely through several infusions, which makes the bag feel like great value.
