The first steep already smelled like fresh spring air, and the liquor stayed sweet and smooth through five infusions. You can really taste the care in those hand-picked new sprouts from Anxi.
The light roast on these hand-picked Anxi leaves is exactly what I look for in an evening oolong—gentle but with enough body to linger. The high-elevation character comes through in every steep, so smooth I almost forgot I was on my third cup. My favorite new tea this season.
