Mango Zwarte Thee

I was a bit skeptical about fruit tea since they're usually too tart, but the marigold flowers really mellow out the mango here and give it a soft, almost honeyed finish. The dark, earthy base keeps it from tasting like juice, and it’s become my go-to afternoon brew with a teaspoon of sugar.

The dried mango pieces are so plump and fragrant, and the marigold petals give it a soft, floral finish that I didn't expect. It brews up a deep amber cup that tastes rich on the first sip but leaves that sweet tropical note hanging around. I've already made three pots this week.
