En robust kinesisk sort te med duftende rosenblade, der giver en afbalanceret og forfriskende smag.
Aroma: Friske urter, rose, jordagtig
Smag: Blomsteragtig, jordagtig
Oprindelse: Anhui, Kina
Brygning: 210°F i 2 minutter, anbefalet 3 g te til 6 fl oz vand
Ingredienser: Sort te, rosenblade
The rose aroma hits you the second the hot water hits the leaves, but the earthy black tea base keeps it from feeling perfumey. I've been brewing it at 210°F for exactly two minutes and the balance is spot-on every time.
The rose aroma hits you the moment the water hits the leaves, but it’s the earthy black tea base that keeps it from being too perfumey. I’ve been brewing it right at 210°F for two minutes and getting a smooth cup every time, even on the second steep.
Brewed mine at the recommended 210°F for the full two minutes, and the earthy base really holds up against the rose instead of getting lost. It’s refreshing enough for an afternoon cup, though I wish the floral note lingered just a bit longer in the finish.
