The clove and cinnamon come through strong but balanced—I let it steep about five minutes with milk and it’s like a warm blanket in a mug. That earthy nutmeg finish lingers just right.
I’ve been steeping it with a splash of milk every evening, and the nutmeg really takes over in the best way—cozy without being sweet. The cloves and cinnamon keep it grounded, so it feels like a proper chai, not just spiced tea. Already on my second bag.
I’ve tried a lot of chai blends and this one finally gets the balance right—the cloves and cinnamon come through warm without overpowering, and the earthy nutmeg note lingers nicely in each sip. Brewed a pot this morning and the whole kitchen smelled like a spice market, so that’s a win in my book.
