The first sip hits you with that fresh, grassy sencha kick, and then the cherry blossom softness sneaks in right at the end—it's a lovely balance. I opened the pouch and the aroma alone made me feel like I'd stepped into a spring garden. This is my new go-to for slow mornings.

The floral note is subtle enough that it doesn’t overpower the sencha’s fresh, grassy taste—exactly what I wanted for a quiet afternoon cup. I’ve been brewing it a bit cooler at around 70°C and the layers come through beautifully.

The layers are what sold me—the grassy sencha comes through bold on the tongue, then the cherry blossom softens it into something almost sweet on the finish. I brewed it at 80°C for two minutes and the floral aroma filled the whole kitchen, exactly like the description promised. This one's a keeper
