I've been trying to find a green tea without that bitter edge, and this one from high Jiangxi elevations is wonderfully smooth. The nutty undertones really come through, and that honeysweet aroma makes the whole kitchen smell amazing.

Steeped a cup this morning and the floral sweetness came through just as clearly as the nutty finish—almost like a light honeyed broth. The vegetal side is there but it's balanced, not bitter, even though I left the bag in a bit too long.

The dry leaves smell like honeysweet herbs, but it’s the sip that sells me—clean, floral, with a gentle nutty finish that lingers just right. I’ve been brewing it every morning for a week and it’s become my favorite part of the day.
